I have been going here for years! The atmosphere is so wonderful Tom and all of the staff are so friendly they really make it a family environment. Ever since going there I have been getting my nails done by Linda who is an angel! Whatever vision I have she always does an amazing job!

Such a great service! Even got hot stones under feet with my pedicure! Very friendly staff and well priced.

Rude and unprofessional. When I had a manicure no care was taken. They didn't even use a base polish and I had to ask them to refile some of my nails as they were lopsided. When finished, I asked to redeem a 10 dollar voucher I had, and the lady said I couldn't because the purchase has to be over 35 dollars. I said Nowhere on the card does it say this. I will be not be returning here.

Always a great experience here. Prices are very fair and the staff are wonderful.

I always come back here for a reason ! Tom, Tina & the team always provide quality service and go out of their way to make you feel extremely welcome even when they’re busy - I get so many compliments for my nails after an appointment here and I always recommend them to friends and family ! :)

Went here for many many years. Moved into Canberra but still kept coming back. Last time I went there they said they were only taking appointments and said I could come back at 3pm. I said that was fine and then Tom ( the owner ) said there was nothing at that time. So much for your loyal customers!!!!! Anyway, he did me a favour as I found Lotus Nails in Kingston who do a way way better job. I didn’t know how good nails could actually be!!! Would now never recommend New York Nails and I would never go back.Staff from New York nails are leaving. There’s apparently a lot of infighting. My friend who had also been a customer of theirs has also found a new and better salon.So glad I found a better place!!!!!

Infill price everywhere else is $45, I was charged $60 here. Called to find out why, told a crack in my nail was a repair when it was only made thicker not replaced with a new tip. Going to try two other places now that only charge $45 for gel infill. Not happy with prices going up and not being told until after. I had to call and ask why so much.

The staff is kind, but communication and skill gap is a real big problem here. I spent a total of 2 hours where even after 1 hour they did not complete my pedicure. Upon getting upset why they haven’t start manicure and removal, they realized that they had forgotten. They asked me to dip my fingers in a bowl of acetone, SERIOUSLY? they said they do extension removals like that. I asked for the foil method and they said we dnt do that. I paid 37$ for a cheap pedicure which btw DID NOT INCLUDE SCRUBBING. They buffed my toe nail so much that they reached the under skin.

Whatever you do, do not go here! They are rude and unprofessional. I went for a manicure and pedicure and Tina cut the cuticles until they bled on my fingers and my pedicure (which Tom assured me twice was dry) smudged in my socks. When I asked for a half refund I was insulted and denied it. I was spoken to in the rudest manner that I have ever encountered. Steer clear of these people.

Had a hair wash & cut. Staff is so professional & has great attention to detail. I’m happy & satisfied with the (new)outcome on my thick & puffy hair. Quality service & experties. Wish I could come back (I’m Melbournian, that’s why).
