Fantastic customer service.I called up, and within half an hour of calling had a brand new battery fitted in my imported Toyota.I couldn’t recommend anyone else after visiting, and now, I almost feel excited to get a flat battery again!

Every time I come to this shop the service is exceptional.They sorted out my car remote battery and house alarm remote and they just charge you just for the battery. They are so kind and helpful and nothing is too much. I have previously bought camera, car and rechargeable batteries all at a a great price.I cannot recommend this store enough.

Effortless transaction. Walked in with a battery after the 4x4 failed to start. Got seen to immediately and had the battery tested. Test showed the battery to be at around 12v, but only 45% health. Walked out a few minutes later with a replacement battery at a very reasonable price. Wish everything was this easy!

Patient, humble, honest, kind.My car had drain battery issues, thought is the battery.Then I went to Battery world last Friday, Samual served me and did all the testing, he took around half hours to do all the testings for me, he is super patient.Told me if the issue still there, come back and test the battery again.I went here again today, instead selling me a battery with no reason like other store, Paul did the testing the load test for me again, and told me that the battery is healthy, don’t need to buy a battery, the problem could be parasitic drain. That guy is really honest!All the time they spend, all the test they did, they didn’t charge me nothing, they are super kind!Will recommend this shop to all my friends.
