Love, love, love this pasty. I use the butter puff and shortcrust the most (and sour cream shortcrust) - just tastes sooo much better than the other brands. It's like I made it myself - well actually, that would probably be terrible, so it's more like a professional chef made it. So good, so versatile.

I haven’t tried yet but I’m excited too, the pampas butter pastry has less butter than this so I’m sure it will be delicious and buttery. Can’t wait.

Carême Pastry is the most amazing pastry. It puffs so much more than other brands & tastes absolutely delicious. My favourite is the spelt wholemeal shortcrust pastry. It suits lots of different dishes & I love that it's that extra bit nutritious.

Since discovering careme pastry I have been unable to use any other brand. The sour cream short crust is my favourite as it has so many uses. The recipes on the website are excellent as well
