JB Hi-Fi HOME Cannington

I’ve purchased products for click n collect from here a few times and more in the last couple days and these guys are extremely efficient. From ordering, it’s generally ready for pickup within 15-20mins and then when you go in, the wait time is minimal. Great staff and great service. Will continually return to this store to make my purchases.

Absolutely terrible store. Staff and products were very rude and didn't smile at me. Would have given one star if not for one staff member named Jacob. He was very beautiful with welcoming hair and lips. I love him.

Disappointing experience. I often get asked to go and buy my product elsewhere. Due to staff having poor knowledge of WHAT THEY SELL INSTORE! Being redirected to digiDirect or the other JB in Carousel. This is extremely poor retail behaviour from a business like JB. This week I was advised to go to The Good Guys as they have a better range. Last time it was Amazon. Unreal.

Nice and Big place. Sure we find everything we needed to buy. People who works there are kind and supportive. We bought a laptop, a phone and a mixer grinder, everything we planned to buy on that day in a single place.Many thanks

The staff at JB hi-fi cannington seem to be split into two groups, one group knows very little about the products, with little to no interest in changing that, and even less interest in customer service.And the other much smaller and elusive group, that can actually be helpful answer questions, advise and make recommendations.I was served initially by a young man named Alan, he's not going to be of any help, I give him 0 stars,Oma was the only one that seem to know anything about anythingAnd Izzy was very polite and helpful

The Store Manager, Michael, and his staff member Kevin provided exceptional service. My Samsung TV was faulty 3 months after purchasing it and I contacted Samsung directly a number of times regarding the warranty. Unfortunately, the service from Samsung was appalling (it took months and was never resolved. I had spent a long time on the phone to them doing factory resets, they sent a team out to inspect and I even sent videos of the faults to them but they insisted the TV was ok) and when I explained the situation to Michael, he went above and beyond to help me, contacting Samsung directly. Michael and Kevin turned a bad experience into a really great one. I am SO THANKFUL to have their help.

Made several purchases here generally always great. Last time there it took a while to get assistance and I had to track down someone after a salesmen said he would be with me after dealing with someone else he went off forgetting about me. It was no big deal and the staff member who did assist made sure what I was getting was going to be fit for purpose. Store layout is pretty standard, ample parking with in the complex and easy access off of Albany hey. Recommend.

Good if you’re in the area for essentials. Out of stock several times on items I wanted. Customer service and knowledge of staff has been average.

The team member that served me was extremely helpful and had a good sense of humor making the experience just that little bit better. Only suggestion I would make is have a few more staff on the floor to assist customers, it was a little hard to find someone.
