I went here after a recommendation from another store to get my engagement ring repaired and I was served by a little old lady. She was quite rude to me. I got told she would ring me when my ring was ready. I never got a phone call and had to follow up myself. She also asked me if the big diamond in my ring was a diamond. Pretty ridiculous to ask if you work at a jewelry store. My engagement ring is a little out of shape. I would not recommend this place.

I highly recommend this shop. I found the staff so helpful and friendly. Beautiful range of jewellery. I had modifications to gold jewellery plus repairs to costume jewellery. On collection I was so amazed at the quality of work and how beautiful my jewellery looks. Thank you so much.

They designed and created a new gold, diamond and ruby ring out of old rings of mine at a very reasonable price and I was able to pay it off. The ring is solid and beautiful.

I went to House of Gold to have my wedding ring custom made as the shape of my engagement ring was quite particular. I received the most outstanding customer service.
