Petrol price always $1.50 - $1.55.Staff was quit rude exapecally the big one.Nice and trendy now upgraded but honestly did not need it the resivoir one on plenty road needed it more. You can not even make your own coffee anymore

Terrible customer service and the staff member (a lady) doesn't have even basic customer service skills. My Bp card is expired and I didn't realise until the efpos machine returns some error messages. I tired to ask if there are any particular reasons can cause this. She just throw the receipt over the counter and said ' all on the receipt' with her angry face. Never had such bad experience with previous owner/staff. Do yourself a favour and refill car at another BP station. Yes, I still like the quality fuel from BP stations but won't visit the Watsonia BP station again.

As a local who works late, I am only familiar with the night shift workers. Now this is not a reference to all of them as there are three people on the night shift here that have great customer service. However there are others who clearly dont care about either their jobs or their customers. Last night i had to knock on the window for 5 to 10 minutes to wake up the employee and he is not the only one i have had to do this for.

I love this place very much. This station is not only a petrol station but also a break station to grab some great coffee, tea and other refreshing products and items. It is convenient at all levels. The people who work there are so friendly.

After construction and the place having a rebuild and refurbish, everything has become expensive and overpriced. Before the reconstruction, the store had an array of different gas station gadgets, chips, food, etc. Everything is now branded by David Jones and a tiny packet of dried fruit is $5 or more. There’s less prepaid card options which for me, and probably many others, relied on this gas station to provide, which are now gone/not being sold anymore. It’s just too expensive, especially for the local area. Probably would just fill up the car and not buy anything else.

I love this place! What a great Price Predictor because they always raise the price way before anyone else. I am glad that I have to drive pass them every day after work so I know it is time to fill up. I use to go there a lot. No particular bad/excellent experiences.

It was 9.40 and the store was closed. Had to join a queue to pay at window, along with other customers including one ordering sandwiches and other food items, whilst the staff member wandered around collecting items.If you are worried because you have a women on at night you need another arrangement.She was less than pleasant.And now i know how it is at night i will go elsewhere.

Ordering through the window after dark is ridiculous. You’re making record profits BP you can afford one more person on nightshift!!!

Go there to swap over gas bottle. 30 gas bottles in the cage all empty. No refills. Omg why bother having the thing there. Useless joint. I suppose blame Covid like everyone else!
