Didn't answer the phone during business hours. Also weren't at the office during working hours either. Don't state open on Google and Facebook unless you are actually open, it wastes people's time.

I sent an email enquiry through to these guys and got an email back asking me further questions and inviting me to call. Spoke to one of the guys there and he was absolutely wonderful - ran me through a number of scenarios and some quipment that may be able to help out in my specific situation. I had no problems with these guys at all I thought they were great!
