Outstanding support from Gareth & Gary at Get It Fixed to replace my laptop battery and also run a clean up on my laptop which now sems to be running faster than when I purchased it! The turnaround on replacing the battery was really fast (15 minutes) with the software clean-up taking slightly longer than that. At all times the clarity of communication excellent. It's actually worthwhile to travel some distance to deal with honest & speedy computer professionals. Thanks again guys, if I have any further issues I will see you next time I fly back into Sydney.

Fabulous personalised service!! I recently discovered these guys and I feel like I have family members help fix my computer issues. Gary and Gareth are so approachable and easy to work with. They went the extra mile with me to ensure my issues were resolved. They also helped my 12 yr old son refurb his PC so he could play Hogwarts Legacy! I'm very grateful to them for all their help. You'd be made not to use them!
