My hair colour experience was horrible. The hair colour wasn’t washed properly which made my scalp itchy. I also had a severe allergic reaction on the skin where the colour was applied. My scalp was red and swelling all over my neck ,ears and hairline.A patch test wasn’t done to make sure the colour is safe to an individual.In spite of informing the salon staff about the side effects they assured that the colour was washed off properly.This carelessness costed me several doctors appointments and heavy medications.Hope anyone else visiting the salon makes sure that they get a patch test and not trust the salon completely. They will never take responsibility for their careless actions.
