IMO Car Wash
This car wash was reasonably priced, and easy to use. There was lots of signage to explain pricing etc as you uou waited in line. There was a bit of a line when we went, but it moved fairly swiftly. We downloaded their app which gave you a discount if you bought washes through the app. It was visually pleasing and easy to use. The people working there were friendly and helpful. We got a fairly basic package, but you could get packages with add ons like tyre washing etc. I would recommend this to friends who want a fully automatic car wash.

IMO Car Wash
Paid for the top HD clean and a manual wheel shine for a total of $38. Left with bugs on my windshield and the state of my rims were as if no one touched them. Sorry, I can't pay a premium for a below average clean.

Not only did these guys do a great job on the car but they also had some of the best customer service I've had in a long time.Took the time to put a smiley face on the kids windows as they washed which they kids loved.Will definitely be back!

IMO Car Wash
Took my new car to this car wash on 28th February 2023 and received a little more than a car wash. Scratches all over my bonnet. Emailed straight after and then again 3 weeks later to follow up and still haven’t received a reply. extremely disappointing and frustrating. Do not recommend and would love someone to please contact me about fixing it.

Facilities look modern, clean and new. Cheapest machine wash I've found so far; they advertise using the phrase 'attended car wash', meaning they manually spray down your car before it goes into the automated wash system. Overall not bad, as good and cheap as machine washes get.

IMO Car Wash
I have been using IMO in Bibra Lake for some time now, more than a year I think and their service has always been fantastic. The Manager is super friendly and staff is always welcoming.

The basic wash doesn't get rid of bird poo...I think heavy rain does a better job. I cant comment on the fancier car wash choices. I will probably go back to spending my sundays cleaning the car with a bucket or dancing for the rain gods to clean my car.Also please be aware that there is a minimum of $12.50 to use credit card....closest place to cash is 7-11 next door.

First time using a drive thru car washIt was a good time!We came just before close (we didn't know till in the machine) and yet the men on shift did not mind and pushed us through and the car came out clean and sparkly!Would recommend as a quick not extremely fancy easy car wash.

IMO Car Wash
Paying $150 to have my car cleaned inside and out and me having to go home and clean the windows again because they were clearly dried with a dirty rag is extremely infuriating. Inside wasn’t done properly either. Absolute waste of money. Lovely people but the job done was definitely not worth the money I spent. Better off just doing it myself.
