I called part asking if they have a break fluid reservoir for my car and the guy was quite rude saying that there where none in stock in Australia, I asked him what are my options he said to change the whole thing ? .. not quite understood that.. and that will cost me around $850 then I ask again if there is any another option he said not, then I call another Hyundai service and theis new guy told me that he can order for me and in 2 weeks will be in Australia and it will cost me $177..

Would highly recommend! I dealt with Chris who was awesome from start to finish. Did everything he said he would do with no delay and went out of his way to get me my car.The process was fairly long and was not caused by Chris nor the dealership but they put the car aside for me until things on my end were sorted. Love my new car so much and the whole experience was pain free.Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Sales teams is great.Service team is good, but the lady on the phone seems a bit “too busy” when you need to ask for something.However, they served and cleaned my car, so good overall.

Very very disappointed with purchasing a new car, not an enjoyable experience!! Wouldn't return but unfortunately car was not like a new car and needs a new bumper and paint work fixed, would've pulled out of purchasing but was told would lose deposit and already sold car, definitely took away the enjoyment and excitement of buying a new vehicle as instead of turning up and getting new car treatment we had to inspect the vehicle for other defects, poor customer relations and more importantly shocking service from detailers not doing there job properly

Moved mynservicing from Hyundai Wangara to Clarkson as I'd had nothing but bad services from the prior dealership.Service team at Clarkson are great, friendly, and tell me upfront what the cost will be.Have noticed a habit of the oil being filled well above the full line on the dipstick, and as such have to make a habit of specifically asking for it not to be overfilled, but otherwise cannot fault both the front and back of house service crew.
