Dial a Blind

My family had ordered 5 aluminium venetian blinds from Dial a Blind and was very happy with the service that they provided. They were helpful, flexible and well priced. They were also very accommodating and understanding of the short time frame that we had to work with. The installers were very efficient and had left the place clean. We would highly recommend Dial a Blind to anyone.

I use Dial a blind both professionally and personally. Not only is their service excellent but their price and quality of product is also excellent.I have used them to install shutter, venetian blinds and roller blinds in my home and cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. I broke my Venetian and rang around for several quotes and decided to go with Dial a Blind because no one else could match the price or speed for replacement. Their rep came out and measured my window and 4 more the next day and his knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Take it from me, don't waste your time ringing around for quotes, Dial a Blind is the only number you need. Pathetic service. Turned up well after the organised time for a measure and quote. No explanation, just complaining about how the job was “out of the way”. Completely ignored our request that space be left when measuring to accomodate the EXISTING curtain rod brackets on all windows. Now we can no longer use our privacy curtains so are faced with either leaving the blinds down and having no light in the house or having them up for the whole world to see in. The “measure to fit” roller blinds aren’t even centred leaving 20+mm on one side but none on the other. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have previously bought blinds from Kresta which turned out to be a very bad experience. I then decided to go to Dial a Blind to order the balance of blinds that I needed. I wished that I had gone to Dial a Blind first the service, ordering delivery was all fuss free really happy with the product.Thanks for restoring my faith in customer service.Anne

Dial a Blind installed a made to measure white cedar blinds for my 2 x large kitchen and 1 x narrow bathroom, sash windows, I recollect in 2002. The blinds fitted well and looked great! The kitchen blinds still look good, despite the odd, minor blemish, only needing a touch of white paint.I recently purchased a new bathroom blind from Dial a Blind, due to the (to be expected) effect of the damp environment on the original blind’s metal parts over about 17 years of being up. Again I’m very happy with new white bathroom blind! The slats are slightly thinner than before, which is ideal for pulling the blinds half way up the window. Dial a Blind’s quote for this blind was considerably cheaper than my other quote. Many thanks Dial a Blind.

Recently had George come and look at our needs for Venetians and Verticals. The quote was very reasonable. The blinds were made in their Rockdale factory and installed by a professional tradesman. The quality is great. Moreover these people are professional and couldn't be more professional. Great local service.
