Floortex

As a retail store we can not find enough kind works for Floortex. We love their products but most importantly their customer service. All of their products are great quality, we absolutely love the whole range of flooring in our store and we represent all of their products with pride and confidence. We had never had an issue with products or their customer service, deliveries were absolutely always on time as promised, their friendly staff is amazing, and they were always looking after us. Always plenty of stock, great prices, great products, high quality and most important great customer service. Would always highly recommend.

Floortex Team what an exceptional service I have to specially mention about Steven, you are an awesome guy. As we are a retail store i can't talk about how helpful you guys are. If i say more about you guys, it may sound like its not true, So i wont write much and i will just say all that flooring world retail shop has reviewed about you is absolutely my experience too. Guys keep continuing the awesome work and reputation.

I really want to say thank you to the Floortex team about the laminate flooring I bought through the Carpet Court. I have selected colors named Castan and Jarady for my self building project, the colors are beautiful and Floortex have provided me a lot of useful information about the product and knowledge about the benefits of installing laminate flooring. I will highly recommend Floortex and definitely use their products for my future projects.

1 star for being rude and condensending when I was just trying to make a simple enquiry and deserves 0 stars for not even caring when I called back and tried to make a complaint regarding the lack of customer service. The supervisor just got even ruder. I didn't raise my voice or anything. I just didn't want it to happen to anyone else. Massive sale lost to them I needed quite a bit of flooring materials. I hope the owner sees this.Update: why is the shop replying to me now 4 months later. We communicated later as my review is real and the guys were extremely rude in the way they spoke to me and you asked me to remove my review but I'm keeping it here as it is a real experience.
