My workmates and I order breakfast this morning most of everything we ordered was incorrect and the sausage McMuffin I ordered didn’t even have a sausage on it just bacon only we only found this out when we got to work. I am really disappointed as I was looking forward to breakfast before starting my shift now I have to wait for lunch to eat. I have rang them and made a complaint but feel like it fell on deaf ears.

Incredibly poor product from here consistently. Chips come cold, undercooked, and half empty. Ice cream/shakes are seemingly always unavailable. Frozen drink options are limited, and again not filled properly. Disappointing, and definitely not lovin’ it.

I only visited via the drive-thru. It was a painless and quick encounter that yielded a Hamburger meal that was your typical Maccas food. The meal was fresh and tackled my hunger with aplomb.

It seems like everytime I come here they can never do ice-creams or Frappe's, put a sign up so I don't waste my time coming through or better yet put up a sign when when you can !Why even have these things on the menu if you can never serve them

Literally the worst maccas in town. Food is never fresh when I order for either breakfast, lunch and dinner. Half the time spending ages waiting just to be given the wrong food. Coffee from here is the worst too. I will always just drive an extra 10 minutes just to get better Food and service at the McDonald's next to pie face from now on.

At 8:40pm on 11th on Jan, I ordered a fillet o fish with extra cheese in a large meal with Coke. I waited 7min for my order in the waiting bay. I expected fresh food. I got back to my house which was an 8min drive. Fillet o fish was rock hard and so old and had no extra cheese and chips were room temp.I called to complain about the food. I requested my entire order to be replaced and a refund made. The manager asked if the burger had a sticker on it. I explained it didn't. The manager said that he would only replace the food that was not to standard and do the refund but we had to go in to get it. I explained that the rest of the meal would be cold by the time I got back.When I arrived, the manager refused to replace the drink but would replace the chips and burger.I waited another 8mins. I got a fillet o fish that was over cooked; however it was fresh. There was still no extra cheese. The manager only refunded me $10.80 and the meal was $12.10. The money was in the bag and was obviously thrown in because it was amongst my chips. I had to empty my chips to get the money out. This is disgusting and a complaint on service, food and health and safety and by the time I still got my incorrect order and got back home it was an hour later. This is ridiculous and I'm absolutely disgusted in the hygiene and absolute disregard for service, disease and efficiency.However, the young girl that brought the meal out the first time was very polite and very friendly. Too bad the management can't learn something from her.
