My Kitchenaid went in for a warranty job - after I was made to feel like a dumb female as I had yet to contact Kitchenaid regarding my mixer issue which I did after having dropped said mixer off to the business. On the morning that I collected my mixer, I noticed that there was a very visable scratch on it which wasn't there when I took it in. Really feel uncomfortable about coming in with my other mixer for a very overdue service but as it's the only place that will service Kitchenaids, I will be going there. The service department men really should treat women with respect, not making us feel like dumb women....

Very very expensive to service or fix the machine. Machine was working fine, after amaintenance service, it stopped working. They came back to find out the problem then the bill was more than $800.

We had a situation this morning regarding a lost coffee machine filter.Quality Equipment were great with their service when the shop front was close.They were happy to open the door and help out with my request.The coffee machine is now functioning as it should.Thanks team.Great work.

Just saying that based on the 1 star ratings here I've chosen to go with someone else. Customer service is as important as actual machinery service and it sounds like these guys have some work to do in that area

Would have to say the worst customer service I've ever had. The person I spoke to on the phone to organise a part was rude and arrogant and personally shouldn't be working there with the level of disrespect for customers. The only upside is the guy that came to install the part really amazing service. So I think the management should really fine tune the phone eddicate of the employees so that no one else goes through the same experience.

After my 10 year old Magimix food processor had a freak accident, I was tossing up whether to replace the whole thing or just get a new main blade. I went to Quality Equipment to see if they could assist - they were friendly, responsive and helpful, and sourced a replacement Magimix blade for me very quickly. My food processor works again and I couldn't be happier :) I wouldn't hesitate to go to them again if I needed a major appliance repair!

Been there many times,last time this morning, never been able to help with commercial equipment, even for basic stuff like shelf holders or door joint replacement. Very poor service, they don't even try, can't help" it's their hello and goodbye. Still open because it's the only one in town."
