I did my ultrasound scan on my left ankle on last Wednesday. The staff who did my scan was very experienced and did very professional job by taking her own time. Doctors and radiologist managed to find my problem through very dedicated scan . I went all the way from forest lake to do it there. I would recommend this place to any one who wish to do ultrasound .

I had my 8 and 12 week pregnancy scan here and was very disappointed with the service. I have had multiple scans for my previous pregnancies elsewhere and never once have I experienced such rude and dismissive staff (with the exception of 1 polite male receptionist). The final straw was when I tried to view photos of our scan which were given to us on a disk (both the sonographer and female receptionist clearly said these are ‘your photos’ and never mentioned this should be given to my doctor), to find out they were not viewable. After calling the imaging centre I was told I could not view the photos, only doctors can as I they have the software. I have now come away from my scan with no photos of our bub. I was sternly advised I’d have to pay $50 for a ‘duplicate’ copy or ask my doctor if they’d print for us. Given they refused bulk billing (which I have always received previously for scans) with no explanation and was already out of pocket $150 this was sadly not an option. Needless to say I have cancelled my 20 week scan and will go elsewhere where I will most likely not pay and receive a photo.

Clean, modern facilities.Friendly and capable.Minimal wait times for walk-in x-ray. Bulk-billed with referral.X-ray images were much clearer than ones acquired at x radiology Toowong. Provided good resolution film along with digital copies on disk.Plenty of parking available.

Very happy. Free parking (!), reasonable prices and they were running right on time. Penny, who did my MRI, was lovely and explained everything that was going on, which really helped me feel at ease.

Done my ultrasound there. the moment i entered into the scan room the Radiologist seems to be irritated .. not even answering when we asked some questions other than what she want to ask telling us i have lot of other stuff to do. we were shocked kept calm not dared to ask another question, At the end i had to ask few questions related to the scan which she barely answered and gave that look of annoyance and my Husband was actually shocked and as if this experience is not enough , they did not send prints via mail when phoned they said they had, it's AUSPOST issue now. Finally had to wait for 5 days and rang again that i will come collect the prints , Can't believe they handed a DVD!.. not t he printed Images! .> Worst ever experience in Auchenflower never want to go back and quite surprised to see the positive reviews.
