My partner and I have recently purchased some of The Comfort Shop's beds. They are absolutely brilliant, beautifully made, really comfortable and safe. Unfortunately not all could be installed as a few integeral parts were damaged and one peice completely snapped in half. I cannot say I have been 100% happy with their communication through this period. However we are finally on the road to receiving our new parts and cannot wait to see it all completed.
