Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses - Kilmore

The sales assistants are good. The coffee is almost suicidally hot-which is good. Where it fails is in the pastry of their pies.While the meat contents are passable, the pastry leaves a strange aftertaste that other bakery pies have never had.

The Kilmore Ferguson Plarre store is one of the best in Victoria, Sarah & her Team are amazing, she goes above & beyond for her customers.And we all appreciate what you & your team do .

Love the atmosphere and the staff food and coffee is great

Not impressed at all. Today I waited for service at the counter for several minutes and did not get served. I was the only customer waiting. Two of the waitresses were busy ? chatting to each other in front of the coffe machine. They had their back to the counter and even after trying to get their attention by calling for service they did not turn around but just busily gossipped on. A third waitress was busy running back and forth behind the counter fixing or looking for something. Certainly not me the customer waiting.I walked out. with two other good bakeries within a 100 m it was easy to get what I needed In one of them (at the Kilmore Bakery) quickly and with a friendly smile. I bought over $30 worth of dessert items eg. Danish, Vanilla Slice, etc.

Exception customer service and so friendly. The pies, donut and coffee were all delicious.Thank you for everything

A day ahead of picking up, I ordered 1/2 dozen cupcakes and a unicorn cupcake for the birthday girl. I guess the bakery never heard of BOXES?!?The cupcakes (especially the unicorn) were smashed. Absolutely appalling. Horrible. Will not be ordering from Ferguson Plarre again at all. Waste of money.

Pretty good coffee and service is great

No bread rolls- quite expensive

Sadly gone down hill again. I've stopped in a few times to get a cake or donut with a coffee and each time the food item has been stale. Coffee is still OK. Probably won't go back again and wouldn't recommend.

Can be busy around lunchtime, but that's usually the sign of a quality cafe.Great pies, sausage rolls and killer custard tarts.
