The nurses were very kind and had great bedside manner. However, I haven't received my results yet and it's been 72 hrs, which meant I had to isolate from my family regardless over Christmas.

have to agree with the other person who left 1 star rating, customer service is not their specialty here. But it's improved slowly. They are medical specialist, not customer service specialist. test results been back within two days, very helpful in that matter. they have no walk in QR code at entry because people are recorded after they fill their form. Grateful that this facility is here for convenience.

Putting this as a one star so it gets peoples attention. Tried to go here today to find a sign on the front door saying it was closed until further notice because they had run out of equipment. The sign was dated 24/12/21. Please don’t show up here for a while as it is currently closed for the time being! Website needs to be updated so it’s not misleading to others.

The nurse literally explained nothing but telling me to fill out a form, and while she was filling out the form/doing the test she was watching a YouTube video on hair styling with her air pods in. I was never asked to register for my results and have not received any.

Zero communication,was onhold for 6.5 hrs when I called to enquire about test results. We had to change holiday plans because the results came out only after 90 hrs. Wasn't advised that it would take this long for the results to arrive even when we told them we had a flight after 48 hrs, they could've atleast redirected us to another clinic, or let us know that its not possible to get our results on time.

96 hours and one rescheduled flight later, I still don't have my COVID test results. They won't answer phones, they won't respond to emails, there is zero way of telling if my swab is even being tested or not. Am I supposed to go to another testing clinic now? Have they got my information wrong? What's going on?? There is ZERO communication here!

Please update your hours on Google!!! I just wasted an entire hour in travel only to find a little on the sign on the door where someone had amended the hours from 8am to 9am opening time in texta!! It says you’re open 8am on Google. This is 2023 and that simply isn’t good enough, you need to maintain the correct information on your digital presence and stop wasting people’s time especially when they have full time jobs that start in the morning!!
