3D Nails

I had recently moved to Spearwood and decided to try 3d nails. I was impressed at first but after 2 weeks my nails started lifting. I have had my nails on for years and for this to happen was worrisome plus I paid $90 for them. I tried calling the salon to explain my issue with no answer. I am very disappointed to say the least!!

Love my nails coming out from 3d nails. I just want my real nails are never grown. Love their work and the price is so cheap compare to how amazing my nails are.

I’m very disappointed in 3D nails they did not achieve my perspective. They smudged my nails and they are very loose. I do not recommend 3-D nails and they are very very rude. I paid $80 for my nails for black-and-white nails. $80. This design was pretty simple, and they smudged. I do not recommend the wife either worst experience with her and they made me bleed on my fingers. I think it’s completely unacceptable for a nail salon.

Went for a pedicure and asked them to soak my shellac because my nails were weak and broken from previously drill downs. They put the cotton wool soaked acetone on my toes and then said I had to pay $10 for “extra staff time.” There was no one else in the shop and it took all of 5 minutes. They told me that the breakage from the drilling is from people not knowing what they are doing, trying to convince me to just drill them again. Mind you I used to go here 4 years ago, and they drilled my nails so much they would break all the time. My whole toe nail broke off resulting in me having to get an acrylic. Hence why I stopped coming here, and I’m not sure why I went today. Regrets. They did the pedicure and then told me I had 2 ingrowns. Attempted to cut them out and then told me “next time you come, they will get them out.” Do not waste your time or money and go down the road to Hamilton hill and they will soak your shellac for no extra charge.

Got my nails done yesterday.Looked like they were done by a 4 year old.I should have said something when I left, however was in a mad rush to get organised for overseas travel.First time using their service, my regulars nail salon is closed on a Sunday.Will never use again.I had to get them done again by my regular nail girls quickly on the way to the airport.They said how bad they were - there was no way I would let them to touch my hands again. Not even to rectify.They even had to be refilled again after a day as it wasn’t done properly.Even painted on the cuticles.All nails were different shapes and sizes.Absolutely horrible.Phoned to try and get a refund or partial refund.However - The owner would hardly let me speak.Bad service and management.They do not even deserve one star.

Pity there is no minus zero rating. Been here a few times, never did what I asked for, and pretty shoddy. The last visit was a rip off, and my last time I will go there. There are plenty of better nail places around. Also they could learn some respect and manners, laughing and talking about the customers in their own language. RUDE.

Went in for pastel nails. I picked some ugly colours and they suggested some that suited better.In love with the end result

My nails looked likethey had been done by a child - Definitely do not recommend this nail Salon. Also they do not know the difference between Shellac and Acrylic. Very disappointed.I had to go to another Salon to fix my nails after they had finished laughing at the state my nails were in.No way was I returning to 3D nails to let them anywhere near my nails again

They did not do what I wanted they are also very rude and I do not recommend 3d nails won’t be going back there again and they talk about you behind your back.
