Absolutely disgusted at how I was treated here, incredibly rude staff who bullied me from the minute I came in all the way until I left. I felt discriminated against and my experience makes me feel sick to my stomach that this place is still operating. Even after speaking with the person in charge she brushed off everything I had to say about staff which enraged me even further. Good luck to who ever has the same experience in future.

The staff at HELP Employment Capalaba absolutely blew me away. Immensely helpful, incredibly empathetic, absolutely professional and possessed of an attitude that sets jobseekers at ease, I have never felt more comfortable or well-taken-care-of than when I was working with my coaches there.Special shoutouts to Ally and Mikey in particular for all the effort that they went to on my behalf, and to all the staff there in general for creating an environment that not only met every expectation I had, but left those expectations thoroughly in the dust. Absolutely blew them away.If anyone's in need of an employment agency, you could do a lot worse than the team at HELP Employment Capalaba. I doubt, however, if you could do any better. Phenomenal performance, HELP. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with Mykey from HELP Capalaba today who helped me get onboarded and all set up. She was incredibly helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. Being new to all this, it was daunting but Mykey made the process very easy and we were able to do it all by phone. I really appreciate the help and Mykey was great to chat to. Thank you Mykey for making it all so easy for me.

Worst place ever capalaba office mikey and Alison. Alison is rude and unhelpfull I had to do a course and when it came to helping me out with funds to get there every week I got a different story and no help .I have been with them for over a year and not once have they found me a job or anything quiet unless and no empathy for my condition

My son is engaged at Help Capalaba/Wynnum and I can not speak highly enough of the staff from this Office. Farina is great with him and has tried very hard to help him improve his skills and get him a job.Eve from this office has also worked very closely with my son assisting him to get his learners and to start some driving lessons.My son has recently started a job that he gained through Help at Capalaba/Wynnum and he is really enjoying it. Eve checks in on him at his place of employment to see how he is managing.Both Eve and Farina have a genuine caring nature and have worked very hard to help get my son a job.....he and I are extremely grateful and would recommend Help Employment if you are looking for a Job Provider.
