The Bushwakka team went above and beyond with their customer service and were really easy to deal with. We use our 270 degree awning daily and would highly recommend the product.

Do not buy anything from these guys!! Pre ordered the rtt and paid $200 for delivery then a month later they added a disclaimer to their website saying freight will be case case and my shipping total is now $1100. Don’t make the mistake

I can't thank Hugo and the Bushwakka team enough for providing outstanding service with a smile at all times. My family and I are the proud owners of a Bushwakka Bhoma camper trailer and have always been afforded excellent customer service in excess of what was generally expected. Bushwakka, at no charge to ourselves whatsoever, recently performed an upgrade to our solar system to offer us a better product almost three years down the line. Additionally, the team assisted with the replacement of a faulty fridge freezer and performed electrical tests without any charge for labour. Thank you very much for making our camping experiences in our Bushwakka Bhoma even better!

As a local I had the opportunity to buy from the Gold Coast show room, and saw first hand that not only are their awnings top notch, but there is a really strong team culture which I have no doubt translates into the great products they sell. Just had the best experience I've ever had with a company in a very long time. I went in for a warranty claim. No it's, buts or maybes with the team, just straight to how they could help fix things on the spot. Went from a simple arm replacement on my 180 awning to a complete new unit after discovering a small hole in the canvas. Got put up in there waiting room, Netflix, aircon and all kinds of drinks offered. If their amazing product wasn't already enough of a reason to buy their gear, the customer service sure is.

Powder coat / paint missing, middle buckle broken, stitching coming apart all found upon opening for the first time.

Nikki & Team were absolutely amazing! This awning is the best!! We actually broke some part of our awning (user error) , we contacted Nikki and organised a time to get it fixed, they replaced it under warranty, I couldn't recommend the service we were provided ! Amazing quality of awning, we get compliments from our friends everytime we use it. Literally 30secs and you have shade!!Amazing people amazing product, keep it up. We will be recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you

I have used the 270 extreme darkness for over 20 nights camping on Fraser Island and various other trips. The awning has handled well in windy conditions, super easy to set up/pack down. The customer service is great, highly recommend buying from Bushwakka as they have your back if anything goes wrong with their products.

Poor quality, 270 awning can’t handle light winds. Was going to buy one but saw the build quality on my brothers one ,Snapped where welds are. After sales customer service seems non existent. Snatch and grab business. Will be looking elsewhere

Had some minor issues with my Bushwakker after a trip to Cape York put all my gear to the test. I popped in to see the guys at Coomera and they were super helpful and provided the best possible outcome for my family. Great service guys. Well done.
