Just had an infrared sauna at Beyond rest Prahan! Gorgeous wellness centre with sun stream sauna’s. My favourite brand of saunas They even have a car spot right next to their back door. Very convenient! Highly recommend :)

It is such a soft and calming space from the moment you walk in. This is one of my favourite ways for self care, and I always finish relaxed and sleep so soundly after.I really enjoy the combination of the IR sauna first, followed by a float. In the sauna you can connect to the Bluetooth to listen to your own music / podcasts and for the float I highly recommend the headset that works at a frequency to help switch off your thinking mind.

Seven Years and counting I’ve been floating in this wonderful wellness centre in Prahran. Now I combine the experience with an infrared sauna to sweat it all out and get centred before my float. Genuine and caring staff, lovely chill out zone afterwards. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Have been doing float tanks with beyond rest for a few years and it has helped me immensely. It is a true wellness centre, that helps you feel grounded and present. The place is so welcoming and comforting, lots of comfy couches, hot tea and good books to enjoy post session. Very highly recommend.

A unique and revitalising experience. The venue is a calm and welcoming place in busy streets of Prahran . The staff were so informative and able to provide me with the best tips for my first float. From start to finish, it was a relaxing environment.

My 1st time to Beyond, not my first time floating.Really nice setup, clean and super chill.Friendly helpful staff.I really like the chill out area with tea after my float, much better than other places I’ve been to.They offer good deals too.I went in with a headache from neck pain and walked out smiling.

Really loved the vibe of this venue. The infrared saunas are the best I’ve experienced so far, seem to have more infrared panels than others I’ve used. Looking forward to coming back for a float too. Only downside was there are no showers for after the infrared sauna though they let me use the float room showers during the quieter times, and apparently they are looking to add a shower soon.

AMAZING infrared sauna session. Don't let the size fool you.. this contraption gets HOT. Being able to play my own music to get me through it was so helpful. Perfect right before a float; amplifies relaxation to a degree never thought possible - and SO good during winter. Love it. Thanks guys❤️

A great last minute treat after a big work week. It was easy to make a booking and friendly staff. Was excited to come back post float for my first time trying the IR Sauna. The benefits of relaxation and cleansing were felt almost immediately. A beautiful space and wellness centre.
