When they first opened it was very good, Not anymore.Drill heads swapped between clients and not cleaned.Often left waiting for far too long, itHas taken on different occasions up to two hours to get nails done, due them accepting all walk ons even though they don’t have the staff to do them in a timely manner.The older lady there with the glasses is so downright rude, ignorant and aggressive. you leave feeling very angry. Not a pleasant woman at al, she obviously does not like her job. I won’t be going back.

If you want to wait minimum 1 hour before you get your nails started this is the perfect place to go. They do not treat customers with any loyalty nor respect and will only sometimes do a good job on your nails. Everyone is always rushing as they try to fit as many people in as possible and therefore you are not guaranteed a good job done on your nails. I have had to wait atleast an hour every single time I have come here and one time I was there for a total of 5 hours (: Don’t go here.

I absolutely loved this nail salon at first. While I have never had a bad experience with the staff, I do find myself getting scammed. The first time I went here I had an amazing experience. I got a shellac manicure and it was very well done and the cost was true to their pricelist. I have since gone back two times to get a shellac colour change or manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, these past two times I have been extremely overcharged. The second time I went I got plain brown nails with chrome powder. According to their pricelist (and what they charged me my first time), this should have only costed me $25. I assumed perhaps because of the chrome powder they may charge me $5-10 more, but in total they charged me $45 ($20 extra) for a colour change, not even a full manicure! Then, the last time I went (extremely recently), the same thing happened where the nail tech told me I dont need a full manicure and should just do the colour change (which is cheaper). Despite this, they still charged me more than a regular shellac manicure for a plain pink (no designs). I dont think I will be back after this.

Amazing service best nails I ever had!! I honestly don't mind waiting to get my nails done, since they spend that time just with you doing your nails. They shape them nicely and shellac was so smooth the best I've ever gotten. I would never go anywhere else, they are the best.

Even though it can get really busy, I never feel rushed when it's my time to have my nails done. I have been going here for months and absolutely love the women that work there! Always so friendly and helpful to make sure you're 100% happy with your nails :)I wanted to try out a vertical stripe look and was so happy with how they turned out!

Came here after reading some positive reviews on a community page, but left disappointed.Staff were friendly, and didn’t keep me waiting long, however it was a VERY average SNS manicure. My nails weren’t straight and looked ridiculous and after a few days of trying to put up with them I had to get them removed elsewhere.Job felt very rushed and also left with a few cuts from where the lady used the drill file on my cuticles.

fantastic service I've never had better nails! They are perfectly shaped, and the shellac was the smoothest I've ever had. They are the best, and I would never use anyone else.

Went in for a mani/pedi. Not only did it take ages as they layered SO much gel on my nails (and surrounding skin) but I’ve also now been gifted athlete’s foot between my toes. Perfectly formed in the shape of the foam toe separators. I’m absolutely mortified! Totally unsurprising given the total absence of hygiene procedures and generally grubby surroundings. I really wish I’d never gone there.
