I ordered and paid for a family size beef stroganoff and instead got a large Irish stew and i went to ring them up and i couldn't get through to them as the number is out of service and there is no way to reach them.

Not too shabby. Home 'like' cooked meals are better than average. When you can't be bothered to cook or are running late it is a very good option.

Ordered the family beef stroganoff and was awful. Tasted salty and hardly any meat. Looked almost like thick jelly and couldn’t eat it. Sizing also very poor for price. On a good note the staff were very friendly.

My gosh that was definitely the best beef stroganoff I've had in a long long time, if ever.Well done!Plenty of meat, perfectly slow cooked and loads of mushrooms.

Enjoyed my pumpkin and feta salad for lunch today. The staff were friendly and the weather pleasant to sit outside and eat. When offered a sneaky balsamic dressing, I couldn't refuse. Some blokes we work with talked up country casseroles the last few weeks ago glad we were finally able to try today.

Oh dear, this is what was brought to my door during a period of being unwell. I was heartbroken as the staff were very rude towards me when I told them of my disappointment.The burnt fritatta was placed into two separate boxes and had obviously been re- heated from frozen, as it was swimming in fluid and had shrunk into multiple large pieces, like a giant scrambled egg with a distinct sulfer odour to it and the quiche was burnt and cracked in several places too, and was brought to my door on a thin cardboard lid wrapped in cling film. The potato bake was seemingly visually ok, but due to the condition of the rest of the delivery, and the rudeness of the two girls I spoke to at the store, I declined both a refund or exchange. I will never purchase anything from this business again. They were insistent that despite the presentation and condition of the food, it was still good to eat. They berated me for providing them with my honest feedback.Shame it's under new management, it was once a homely alternative to takeaway food.

I just want to throw an appreciation message up for all the women working at Country Casseroles. Not everyone gets to see the dedication you’ve put in and the constant changes that you’re all enduring.I’ve never seen such a committed group of people who genuinely enjoy their work.Keep up your amazing work because it has not gone unnoticed.I hope people soon remember that yes it’s a professional business but they’re only human working there and hospitality is a hard job.Without their passionate and sincere staff this business wouldn’t be as successful as it is.

The food was so yummy and I was so glad to have a healthy option for dinner when I didn't feel like cooking. Will definitely visit again! Would love to be able to buy some fresh rolls with the meal as a side.

The most expensive gravy you could buy. I purchased a family beef casserole and beef stroganoff. Both the casseroles had more potatoes in it than a potato field and about as much meat that would be on a vegetarians plate. They are all gravy and potatoes.

Love getting casseroles from here to take home and have with veg during a busy working week. Only issue I have is that hours had changed and I couldn't find out correct trading hours. Rang and phone doesn't work.
