Recently had a minor warranty issue with a machine. Logged it with the Coffee Machine Specialists one evening, received an expedient reply the following day and a priority booking to review and repair the issue.Great service, good communication and prompt outcome. Thanks very much!

Comparing this to other places I've serviced my coffee machine I wouldn't take it anywhere else now. Friendly and helpful staff. Responded to my emails promptly. Communication was excellent through the whole process. They explained exactly what repairs needed to be done and what my options were, in written format. I like their online system where you can log on and see how repairs on your machine are going and communicate this way. They seem very well organized. Pricing reasonable too.

This company is absolutely fantastic ! Fast and reliable, with a delivery made to my doorstep the next day after a phone call and texts were exchanged to arrange delivery. Best coffee machine shop in QLD. Customer service and repair shop second to none. Large stock of quality coffee and grinding machines. It would be pointless to go anywhere else.

Machine came back in great condition, making much better coffee. The staff were great, easy to deal with.Turnaround is very long -- about 2 weeks. The service I used before I moved to Brisbane would allow me to book, bring it in on a specific date, and have the machine back in just a few days.The staff at Coffee Machine Specialist made turnaround time clear up front though.

Long wait time. No Booking system.The service of my ECM machine was great. But the simple fact that they don’t have a booking system, so you have to drop off your machine and wait 10 business days before they service it, is not good. I totally understand that they can’t run it like a mechanic would, but at lest have a day you book it in for and say it will take 3 days. I’m ok with losing my machine for 3 days. But 10 business days is a joke when it is just sitting there doing nothing when I could have had it at home and using it.I think they just want everyone to pay the extra $150 for same day or $100 for 3 day service. Not likely when it already cost $865 for a service and descale.Will be looking for a different service provider if things don’t change.The staff are really friendly and know their stuff. I would buy a new machine from them just not take it back to get it serviced, if it’s going to take 10 business days.

Great service here. Had a repair done extremely quick and they even offered me a loan machine while mine was out of action. Machine always comes back well cared for.

Reliable, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My ECM machine runs so much better after a service everything feels a lot more precise, I am kept up to-date with its progress and when it's ready for pickup. Great business to deal with.

So very happy with the annual service of our Bezzera Galatea Domus coffee machine. We are happy to drive the 300km each way to Brisbane from Hervey Bay to get our coffee machine serviced. We won’t let anybody touch our coffee machine apart from the team at the Coffee Machine Specialist. We’ve had our coffee machine for 5 years and we’re always happy with the servicing, customer service and advice.
