Great customer service, but a bit hard to get in touch with by phone..like many small businesses struggling with staff levels. Shaun came out, spot on time,diagnosed problem,checked for availability of parts and cost. We were notified of parts arrival and Shaun came out spot on time again & and in no time had fixed our washing machine. Clean,professional. Thanks Mr Wizzard!

A young fellow named Shaun came out to fix my leaky fridge. He was so polite. Wasn’t quite fixed at the time, so called Wizard again, and Shaun was back within a couple of hours…polite and happy.All fixed now. Would highly recommend. Very reasonably priced also.

While they weren't able to help with my repair, they called someone else who could. Great customer service.

Absolutely blown away with the service from these blokes! Punctual, polite, honest and reliable business, great costumer service.Shaun and Brad came out to look at our fridge for initial inspection, got started straight away and let us know everything we needed to know, no beating around the bush. Cleaned up after themselves and off they went, great service.Mick came and installed the parts a short time later and made sure everything was working before leaving, these guys know what they’re doing and know how to do a great job and that they did.This business is transparent when it comes to costing and parts which is something you want in a business.If you want your fridge checked out or repaired I highly recommend this business. They really are wizards! Very happy customers and will contact Wizard appliances for any issues in future.

Called this business and explained that i was from out of town, and that my Engel fridge wasn't working. They said that they were busy, but they should be able to check it out. I drove across from Lakes Entrance, where the technician said that he'd try and look at it that afternoon or the next day " No word the next day

Our dryer is now finally repaired - after a very long 6 week+ wait! Perhaps my original review pushed a bit of action from Wizard, but I'm pleased that I will soon be reunited with my dryer. I'm thankful to Wizard for this positive outcome and hope that they will endeavour to be more responsive and reliable where others are concerned. Giving only a 3-star initially, until I've trialed my repaired dryer.

Called in as I had a problem with Dometic AC. They were quick to come out to the c/park to diagnose the problem and quick and professional in fixing said problem. Shout out to Brad, you're a pleasure to deal with.
