best place to train in Adelaide, only coach in Adelaide thats actually been in the ring (and is a Nigerian National Heavy Champion) , along with Dash whos trained with world champions. trainers that have ur best interest at heart. no better place to train.

I think this a correct place to learn boxing,The best thing about this club is sparing, You do not only hit the bags in this class.If you ars happy to fight,you can find someone.Kingsly is a very nice man.I went from Adelaide to work in Melbourne but when I was in Adelaide that was my best place.

Good boxing technique, but poor equipment that is old and tired (so bring your own gloves). The class I went to was more sparing than fitness, and it is largely uncontrolled. I left before the class ended because I almost got into a full-on fight with my training" partner. If a testosterone high and fight club is your thing you might enjoy this
