EC Massage

So Disappointed.After understandably having to wait two months (due to Masseur having an injury) to beable to make an appointment (Xmas Gift ) I arrived at at EC Massage for 11am appointment Thursday 6/4/23. No one was home at residential residence.I had received an email reminder for appointment the previous day. Well aware that it was a busy Thursday Pre Easter Weekend for all including myself, however the email stated that if appointment cancelled within 24hs payment would still have to be made.After arriving and finding no one in residence, I phoned and left a message that I was waiting at front door. I received a text message some 15 minutes later stating that a text had been sent to me in the early hours of the morning, that due to illness appointment was cancelled. I checked my messages, I had not received the message. Understandably no one is expected to work when unwell. However I would have thought that undelivered message could be followed up with a 30 second phone call to client on the day.I forwarded an email that I was disappointed with the poor communication. I have not received any further communication or apology for the unfortunate circumstances since. I certainly would not recommend buying a prepaid Gift Voucher for this business as I now have an unused $90 gift.

Excellent massage therapist. Very knowledgeable and professional.
