Very friendly, helpful staff and a quick local manufacture & delivery turnaround. Quality product and a good price - we got a trifold futon with wool/cotton mattress and are extremely impressed with the comfort (and it looks great!). Highly recommended, thanks to the team here!

Richard adapted the day bed to our specifications and it is fabulous. He even organised to have the bolster covers made with the fabric we chose. Back to the Futon makes beautiful simple furniture, is reasonably priced and Richard is a great communicator.

Back To The Futon
I went today and tried out a futon, and then went to about 5 other mattress stores around a few blocks of here. The futon was the most comfortable, and the salesman was very polite and not pushy. All the other stores gave me long, painful sales pitches where they either didn't listen, or didn't know what they were talking about. Haven't purchased yet but thanks for the pleasant trial :)

I bought a bed-base from BackToTheFuton. They were very accommodating to my pendantic customisations that I had proposed, both functional and aesthetic. They went above and beyond to ensure I was perfectly happy with the product (which I am). Furthermore, ALL the staff, including the delivery men, were very helpful and pleasant. Great service.

Great value bed base, great service and locally made. I drove out to the showroom for my own peace of mind and had a very simple chat where we worked out what I was looking for. Delivery and assembly occurred three days later (at the agreed time). My bed is strong and well-engineered. A great bed, locally made in my price range. Very much recommend

Great service! I took in a photo of a design of bed I had seen and they were able to make it for me, but in a better version. Ended up being cheaper for a lovely hardwood bunk bed than the MDF one that the design was based on. It is wearing really well and the kids love it.
