If your looking for prompt friendly flexible efficient committed service then BDI Technologies are the people to handle the job. I am very happy with Dale's work of the security camera system he installed for me. He is very knowlageable and was great at answering and explaining all my questions. Also knowing that I have the assurance that if there is any issues I can call on them for assistance any time which gives me much piece of mind. Dale installed my first security system over 5 years ago and I could not be happier. I haven't had a single problem with the system in all that time and neither have I had any break-ins. Dale's customer service was outstanding at the time of installation and his follow-up servicing since has also been exceptional. Security systems have progressed so much in recent years and the multitude of options can be confusing for someone not in the know. Dale is very good at breaking down the available options and providing advice on the best kind of system for you. Highly recommend!

They upgraded my old system, incrementally as I could afford it. Very impressed with Dale‘s knowledge and flexibility. Now I have a fully operational modern system which can be accessed via my phone while I’m at work. I will certainly use them again in the future. I would recommend BDI Technologies to anyone out there.
