I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday through bloomex and country living delivered a bunch of flowers a third the size with the wrong flowers and no vase (paid for). So angry. Coles is better!! I’m only able to do this once every few years and to have this happen during such a stressful time with no explanation. So upset.
