With children traveling on the school bus routes I have found the experience, as a parent, to be a safe, reliable and sensible environment for my children to be using day in and day out.I personally have needed to contact the office a few times; as of recent, June 2016. With each of my encounters, all the staff I have spoken to have been extremely friendly, helpful, understanding, caring and generous with all attempts to rectify issues I have forwarded to them; all have been my personal family issues not ones I have of they're service. Furthermore, each employee, as I have come to understand, hold's high expectations of their responsibilities towards the safety of children boarding and leaving each of the services.In all, I feel quite comfortable with the care and safety of my children whilst on the bus; resulting in a little less stress throughout my day.Thank you all for your great customer service and the level of care you give to the safety of my children as they travel on your bus service.

Need buses to run more offen. And longer then 5 o'clock. And more buses on weekends and school holidays

Disgraceful service. I have been abused by bus drivers on many occasions over the past 2 months. I regularly see bus drivers targeting people of other nationalities to check their bags and will make them throw out any and all drinks or food they have even it if it is their grocery shopping. Yet my bags are never checked and I am of white origin. I have had a bus driver stop the bus and leave for half an hour to go grocery shopping for himself and then get back on and apologise because “he didn’t think anyone was on the bus”. Very negligent, what if a child was left on the bus alone? Wouldn’t you check the bus before getting off and locking people in?Bus drivers ignore when you press the button and I am regularly told “they are not sure where the bus stop is”. Isn’t it their job to know the route and all the stops?The buses are ALWAYS at least 10 minutes late so I now always catch a bus a whole hour earlier than I need to.The drivers will also scream and yell at you for opening a window even though 9 times out of 10 they don’t put the aircon on.Would give 0 stars
