I gave Hani a call yesterday and he sent out Luke today. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to have any type of work done to their garage.Hani was great to communicate with, answering all my questions over the phone and fitting in sending someone out on short notice. Luke came around and was able to give me great advice about what steps I should take in order to get my broken garage roller door working again, was very knowledgeable and professional. Extremely great customer service all round! Will definitely be using these guys again if ever needed.

A massive thank you to Hani, the owner of Casey Garage Doors, who helped me out on a weekend at short notice when my neighbour backed their car into my garage door and broke it, leaving me unable to open it and get my car in and out. I called Casey Garage Doors after 5pm on Saturday after the accident happened and Hani personally came out the next day (Sunday) after his employees had already finished for the day, and worked the job in around a family function that he had on that day, despite the fact that he clearly needed and deserved a day off. He got me back up and running straight away and the price was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend Hani and Casey Garage Doors. Thank you again!

My garage door failed and was left stuck partially open. I’d initially called another business, who wanted a large call out fee, plus time per half hour in addition to parts, with a vague timeline that they’d “do the job sometime in the week”. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the garage unsecured for a week, so called Casey Garage Doors… and they did not disappoint!Dealing with the gents at Casey was straight forward and no-nonsense. They quickly confirmed the issue, gave me a single, realistic price for the work, and were able to complete the work that same afternoon. Luke, who came to complete the work was efficient and polite. Huge different between before and now, it is very good quality new door been put on. it was very difficult to upgrade from old door to the new one. I have to say very good design for my old garage and put a lot of time to think by the manager and worker.Thanks for your work and will show to all my friend.

I had 2 garage doors that needed to be fixed. Luke called and arranged a time the same day to come out and fix them. He was efficient and informed me along the way as to what was wrong with the doors and how he needed to go about fixing them. Outstanding service, so much so that I have already recommended him to friends and family!

I would highly recommend these guys.After a quick phone enquiry, Hani (in Sales) came on-site and gave me an initial consult, and was super efficient to provide me with a reasonably priced quote. I did chop-and-change my mind about the design of my door over a span of 2 weeks, but he and Cathy (back office) were super patient with me without being pushy, and gave me numerous updates and advice. Ultimately, their excellent service was a large reason why I went ahead with them.Then came the day of the install, and Nick (installer) along with his beautiful dog did a fantastic job in putting up my new garage door. Replaced an old tilt garage door (probably from the 80s) in a non standard length garage. I cannot believe how professional, helpful and respectful Hani and his team were in helping me get the outstanding outcome that I got. A couple of key points why we highly recommend their service.1.They were very responsive on a Sunday morning where other companies, claiming to be 24/7 emergency services, didn’t respond after lunch time on Monday.2.The quote over the phone was very reasonable considering short notice and being on weekend. The invoice issued after their above and beyond service was exactly that of the quote over the phone.3. We were very surprised about how quick Luke and Hanis arrived for the service and got straight into the job upon arrival.4.
