We had our car serviced with FPM and the result surpassed our expectations. Froi has an eye for detail and an honest report that is hard to find in the industry. I booked my car in for an oil change but thankfully FPM also checked my car over, thoroughly and professionally, and at no extra cost. A minor problem was fixed that would have turned into a major problem down the track had it not been noticed. So thankful to FPM for outstanding service and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

We have now used Froi twice (and will definitely continue to do so) and I can't recommend him highly enough. He has a genuine care for both the work he does and his customers. His passion for fixing and servicing cars shows in the way he methodically works through things and his willingness to help explain both what he is doing and why he is doing something. He is very thorough in ensuring nothing is missed whilst still remaining very affordable.

FPM came out to my house and spent considerable time and effort repairing some oil leaks on my old Honda.While he was working on it, he found a few unrelated issues with the car and bought them to my attention. He's a fastidious mechanic and treats every job like the car belonged to a family member.

Absolutely disgusted in the service and work done to my car. Was left with a multiple thousand dollar bill and a car that doesn't run. Now having to sell my car to pay the debt. Would never recommend this person to anyone please take your car elsewhere, also I was quoted 440 dollars and half a days work. At no point in time did he disclose how much anything else would be and I was under the impression that he would work on the car till he fixed his mistakes. Don't put yourself through what I've been put through. Also put me through to debt collection services with out even trying to contact me prior.

From since one year I been to many mechanics at various areas like moonah, Glenorchy but no one detected the exact problem of my Toyota sedan then one day I called Froi from FPM, he did inspect my car for free and he did repair and serviced my car at my place in Kingston. Moreover he didn't charge me to charge/jump the battery as it was flat on the other day 1 month ago, one more good thing to discuss is he is happy to split the payment weekly as per our salary credits. I must recommend Froi from FPM as he is customer friendly, loyal also he wants his customer's to check what repairs and services he did in the end.

Froi is an expert. He only does what is needed, shows the worn parts that were replaced and explains what is happening throughout the service. My car isn’t new (1994) and is the backbone of my family’s income. He keeps it on the road and keeps me in business. I trust him and frequently recommend him to my customers and will continue to do so. Froi is mobile and will come to you. Very knowledgeable and an all round nice guy with a true passion for what he does.

Froi seemed great at first. Responded quickly to a brakepad issue I had in early-Oct and fixed it promptly.Then booked in for a service on Nov 2nd. Froi completed the service while I was away on holidays. I returned Nov 7th to a car that was not running. Would not turn over at all. Battery was completely flat.I called Froi, expecting him to offer some explanation or assistance. He immediately distanced himself from any culpability, saying No I'm an experienced mechanic
