Needed a new Hot Water Service. Thanks to Scott and Graham at H & G Blacktown received excellent price. And Delivery was made within the hour thanks to their tranport manager. Even the delivery driver was great.Couldn't received or wanted a better or professional service from a local business.Thankyou

As a long term customer with an account I find that H & G have been great in supplying everything I need to renovate my home.Many of the staff have been excellant. Blokes like Bill, Bob, Cliff, Rami and Scott have all been really helpful. However, there are a couple of staff members who seem completely disinterested and even irritated when I ask for assistance. At times their computer system also slows the process of making a purchase. Sad that a couple of things can let down the whole team.The free delivery is awesome and a good range of products at competitive prices.

Do yourself a favour and drive to Bunnings instead! They will always exchange a faulty item and will not try and weezle there way out of it making a customer feel like his trying to con them for a new $21 hinge.

A great store and very different experience than visiting a Bunnings store. It is less crowded and you are likely to receive any advice faster than Bunnings store where you need to find the right person and wait for him to be free. Great stock and good prices.

Elderly parents bought a hot water system , when plumber arrived to install it he told them they sold you an outdoor hot water system , not once were my parents asked if they needed an indoor or an outdoor, phoned Hardware and General and was told an indoor would be another $400.00..The Indoor System arrives with a big dent on one side of the system, when this was told to Hardware and General we were told we can cancel your order and you can go elsewhere to get another one. Have no interest in standing behind the products they sell and Sales staff haven't a clue about finding out the customers needs. Go Elsewhere
