Worst online shopping experience ever! I'd give negative 100 point if Google allows. Goods not shipped after payments been made more than one month ago. Tried every method I could to contact the seller, email at least 5 times a day, sent thousands messages on Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL. They don't have contact number on Google, . So tried to ring their neighbor store after found their address in ACT on Google but was told the shop closed down long time ago. Have no other choice but to request refunds through the bank by disputing the transaction.Don’t waste your time for shopping on their website! The seller is liar. Don’t understand how the business still exists.

Good prices and items arrived quickly however I did not like one item it arrived and wanted to return this. Return policy on website stated goods could be returned within 30 days just make contact via online form for returns authorisation number. Contacted them via both online form and sent 2 emails and never heard back. Very disappointing. Avoid purchasing from this online store if there is any chance you may want to return goods.
