I made a booking at 5:30pm on the phone and when I showed up, there was no one there, the store was closed. I tried calling both the landline and the mobile to no avail. Not a pleasant experience!

Edit: Pam booked me into a massage right away and followed up with a text. The therapist had a kind attitude and the massage was very relaxing.Booked in with a major migraine for a massage at 7pm, the girl on the phone confirmed the appointment. When I came, she told me she started on another client and suggested I go to their caulfield branch instead to try my luck there. Being a public holiday, everything else in the area was either closed or booked out. Horrible communication and very unprofessional.
