I booked a mani and pedi with gel soak off for both. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and relaxed. Jen, who was my therapist was very caring and gentle with my thin nails and made sure I was comfortable with how she was removing my previous shellac. She took time and attention to ensure I received the best service. I was very happy with the end result and the advise that she gave me regarding ongoing care. If I’m in Byron Bay again I will definitely revisit this salon.

Fabulous pre-wedding luxe mani/pedi at Polished this week. The girls were fantastic, and they handled a computer booking glitch like pros. The space is beautiful and relaxing, and the quality of the service was excellent.

What a delightful experience, such a beautiful space and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Tami gave me the best manicure with their toxin and cruelty free products which I loved. I will definitely be back.

I had a really great experience at Polished today with Jen M, who gave me a quick manicure and a luxe pedicure. My nails look great, and the experience really did feel very luxurious. The luxe pedicure is a lovely, slow experience. The products used are beautiful and Jen gave me a really great foot massage.If you want to feel very relaxed and cared for, I really recommend Polished.
