Took a mattress topper and doona to have dry cleaned.The mattress topper came back limp and lumpy and looked old and worn out it had only been slept on 4 times I just wanted to freshen it up. The doona had one small mark on it and came back smelling of smoke and covered in yellow stains. It was filthy and not like that when I took it in for cleaning.When I complained and asked for my money back they said they had followed the care instructions anI did not get a refund. I left both items with them as i would not have something that disgusting in my home. If the care instructions had been followed they would not have ruined both.They should have given me my money back and replaced both items.I will never go there again.
