As we come from WA I required help with the hire of equipment and the bus from Melbourne. Andrea from George's Ski Hire was amazing. She took the time to help me with the online hire. She also took the time to help me with the bus between customers. She took the stress from me that I had been feeling for some time now.I couldn't ask for better service and I thank you Andrea for all your help.It was very much appreciated and I can only recommend George's Ski Hire to everyone that maybe going to Buller.Looking forward to catcing up with you in August.

Horrible experience. Terrible customer service and overpriced.It was my first time snowboarding and I accidentally received ski boots. I kindly asked for assistance for my shoes to be changed into snowboarding boots and a staff said to me how could you be so stupid?" and another staff member would completely ignore me when I needed help to learn how to attach my boots properly.Very frustrating and disrespectful.Completely unprofessional."

Excellent service from Marina at Georges today. She fixed an issue with my boot even though I had not purchased anything there. She was patient and helpful despite the fact that I was regretfully a little rude to her at first due to stress.Thank you again Marina! ❤️

Experienced family business with friendly and helpful staff. Fitted me out comfortably at reasonable rates for a good day's skiing. Conveniently located close to the chairlift and not far from ski school. Highly recommend!
