Prompt service with absolutely zero hassles. Very happy.Slotted the work in within a couple of weeks of the inspection and had the repairs completed within a matter of days.Highly recommend.

1 month after I had my car repaired, someone called Charlie called me and asked me to bring the car again as it was missing black rubber on the back door that they were waiting to be delivered.I told him that no one informed me that there was any missing parts when got the car after repair. Anyway, He asked me to bring the car and that it would take only 30 mins not more.I brought the car on a certain day after making booking and another one called George came to take the car and said it would take 1 hr. I told him that I have been informed over the phone by Charlie that it was 30 mins job and then he asked me to make decision and If I want to bring the car on another day. I don’t have choice as I came from long distance and had to accept. I was very disappointed and then after they finished, Charlie came and was very rude at me and said “If we wouldn’t tell you about the missing part, you wouldn’t know” and left me. I was shocked when said that. He gave me the feeling that he shouldn’t have told me the truth and shouldn’t have fixed my car properly as I wouldn’t know and all that was because I said that I was busy and couldn’t wait more than 30 mins as what he said over the phone.It was very bad experience to deal with customer that you didn’t inform him on the first stage that there was something missed and after he came back to show him that rude behaviour instead of apologising.I Don’t recommend that place.

Had a tiny ding on my tailgate - they touched it up and sent me on my way in about 15 mins and didn't charge me anything. Fantastic service, will definitely return if I manage to do more damage.

Took my car in for repairs 2 weeks ago. The service was impeccable, they did a great job and were thoroughly professional. Even fixed me up with a loan car when the insurance company refused to. In an industry notorious for dodgy dealings, I have nothing but respect for these guys.

A few minor dings and been at Rhino a few times. Very helpful service and fixed my door temporarily so I could open it. Down to earth approach.
