I appointed AUCAM to install a home alarm and CCTV with several points, to a family home in Brunswick. Raghbir and the team were very professional installing the devices at short notice, subsequently setting up the associated Apps and explaining its use. Importantly – AUCAM’s service continued in the following weeks when I became more sophisticated at using the programs, and had more questions. Raghbir is reliable, a clear communicator, and quick to respond to queries.About six months later I needed some major changes implemented to the system which could only be done at the base, and AUCAM was here within hours. Fantastic service. Highly skilled. Highly recommended. The doorbell and cameras work fantastic. The install points were carefully chosen to cover lawful view of our front and backyard. Good thing was that he drew the design of install points on request before installing them. Highly professional and a good listener.
