I rang the helpline today when our 4yo kelpie was accidentally fed grapes, and the assistance I received was excellent: The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and professional: he was able to cite the most recent research in layman's terms, and gave me clear and comprehensive directions on management (how long to monitor the dog, what to look for, when to take her to the vet). After the call, I received a record of the advice via email. I could not be more impressed.

Walking the neighbours dog ,I came in to his flat only todiscover a chewed up cockroach bait strewn across the floor! It's such a relief to have access to the animal poisons hotline and get a speedy clear response. Very grateful.

Saved my life. Doggy ate snail bait and he helped me to figure out if he was gonna be ok or not and what to do etc. Almost 6hrs now, doggy is fine and barking as normal, no vomiting.
