Amberlee Four Star Family Holidays
My family have had an excellent 5night stay at Amberlee. My children have never spent so much time outdoors on a holiday it was refreshing to get them off the wii and ds for a change. Amberlee has refurbished their tennis court and it looks great, it has also got a basketball half court and cricket etched out on the court we spent hours just on the tennis court loads of laughs and family fun. The trampolines were also a big hit and by coming mid week my children had a trampoline each! The kids went swimming every day but it was a bit cold for the parents, the lady in the office did say that they were installing new solar heating for the pool so I'm really looking forward to coming again when that is finished.

easy booking friendly & helpful staff.only have a handful of powered & water on site caravan spots available. good amenities up on the hill jetty road out of town. 10 minute drive 45 minute walk each way

This place has plenty to keep your kids busy and having fun! Pool with a water slide, sunken trampolines, playground, sandpit, and tennis court are great.

Could not have hoped fir a better place to stay! The family retreat cabin was perfect, even for my husband, the most non-caravan park person you could stumble upon! Thank you so much to the lovely staff!!!

Amberlee Four Star Family Holidays
This place is more like a lifestyle village than a caravan park. There are free-standing homes and holiday homes, there are also some units that you can rent over night. There is two powered sites with onsuites only. The facility are over the top, there is a pool and a slide for kids, bean bags, sandpits, a open space for kicking footballs, lots of streets to walk, 5 minutes to main St of Rosebud and beach. Amber and her husband are lovely hosts and are open to any suggestions. We stay there as it is close to mum..

It cannot be overstated how helpful, friendly and genuine the owners and staff are here. Nevermind the outstanding grounds and facilities, a memorable place is always made by the people you meet and the interactions you have. If there was a way to give an extra star for Amber (owner) and Lauren (manager) alone, I would. Not sure if they'll ever read this, but I hope others do - this place is special and I cannot speak higher of it. Thankyou.

For the tradies and workers in the McCrae / Rosebud / Dromana region, this is an excellent resting facility. Cabins are very well maintained, spacious and comfortable (even for groups). It's quiet and the service is great. Highly recommend it.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our family getaway!Staff were so helpful and accommodating.The kids absolutely loved the pool, mini golf, trampolines and playground.Only a 5 minute drive from Rosebud beach.You know it's a winner when the kids thank you on the drive home for what was one of their favourite getaways yet! and amberlee had a huge part to play in that.

Amberlee Four Star Family Holidays
My son and I were looking for accommodation in the Rosebud area at very short notice and rang Amberlee. Amber was very helpful and most efficient and, luckily for us, still happened to have a cabin available.We could not have been happier with the service provided or the cabin itself. I would like to return and have a really good look at the facilities and I will certainly recommend Amberlee to any friends who are intending to stay down that way.

We stayed her for 4 nights 24 Dec- 28 Dec 2020 in the spa villa, cost $1400. The room was so outdated, old and smelled like fish. If I could give half a star I would, we didn’t even use any of the utensils because we were disgusted. The spa looked old and dirty and no privacy from the kids rooms. The slogan of this park is “ If your idea of a holiday for you and your family is sitting in a room watching tv, playing on a computer or mobile device, accumulating even more screen time than when you’re at home or work – then Amberlee is not for you” but this is far from the truth, it felt like we were surrounded with DEAD people, curfew is apparently 10.30pm and you could get a fine for just breathing! For the prize we paid it’s not a fun place to spend your holiday unless you want to sleep and not interact with anyone.
