These guys are honestly the best groomers out there. The place is a haven for dogs and everyone here is kind and gracious. Both my dogs have had wonderful experience here - the best! They also do dog spas and five star pampering!

Absolutely shocking !!! I hate when people claim to be animal loving but are actually money loving and profit driven. Got recommended to them by friends. They were nice to start off . As soon as they know my dog has a condition, which makes it harder for him to deal with stress and needs gentleness, they suddenly are booked out and don’t take new clients. For those who really love your pets, please reconsider before you go. I’m glad this happens to me before I hand over my dog to someone who doesn’t have genuine love for animals. Business comes first for them. Your fur babies are just numbers to their cheque books. Very disappointed.

This is BY FAR the best dog grooming salon! The service has been impecable from the very begining. The salon is quite booked out (and for good reason!) so I went on a waiting list and also booked the next available date for a groom. Whenever there was a booking available I was notifed and given the opportunity to take the booking. On Sunday I took my little puppy in and the whole team was absolutely AMAZING! The groom was perfect and they handled our little boy with such love and kindness. Before dropping my pup we discussed what they would do and how much hair to take off him. I have another booking for Romeo in 6 weeks and we can't wait to take him in. I wouldn't trust anywhere else with my little boy.

This is by far the best dog grooming salon in Sydney!! My little dog used to be so scared going anywhere else to get her nails clipped, but since going to a Marley and Friends she actually loves coming here and they make it quick and easy. They are so loving and kind to the animals and I feel completely safe and comfortable leaving my dog with them. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

Impossible to name a better grooming salon for your pup. The staff are super friendly, have previous grooms on file to remember preferences and the dogs enjoy being able to play in the front area instead of being in cages when the groom has finished. Thank you to the team for always looking after Mim.

Fantastic groomers who take the time and and have an eye for detail. Our cavoodle adores the staff too. You cannot find better groomers in the Eastern Suburbs than the team at M&F

I have a wire haired fox terrier and have struggled with finding a groomer in Sydney to do his hand stripping well. The groomer at Marley and Friends was amazing. I probably seemed a bit fussy with my questions beforehand but she was patient and humoured me. Most importantly she did a great job and my boy left looking great and smelling even better. I can tell he had a good experience too and left happy whereas in the past there have been a few times that he’s seemed a bit traumatised at other places.

The service is shocking. They have one good groomer who is on leave. They change their pricing all the time and don’t confirm what they want to do to your dog and you turn up and your dog has been completely shaved and then they confirm you owe them more money due to extra time required! The receptionist is rude and the owner doesn’t take any feedback on board. If you want a better service go to Rose Bay Vet or FIDO and FIDO who actually communicate with their customers and confirm specifics! Many other people have complained about their pricing changing all the time and it’s a shame the business owner is too arrogant to listen or care for your pooch or their customers. They are getting to busy and take too many dogs on and the service has completely dropped. Recommend you steer clear of this business as you will not know what your dog will look like until you turn up to pick up!

Outstanding service! The team at Marley and Friends had their hands full with our 2 large Samoyeds, but the end result was simply OUTSTANDING. They listened to our needs (and dog parent anxieties!) and ensured Koda and Taj not only came out looking amazing, but we could tell they were totally cared for by grooming experts as well. A massive PAWS UP from us... we'll definitely be coming back!
