We had a fantastic experience! Upon arrival we got an upgrade and the service was amazing. Took 5mins to get the car and when we returned it someone drove us straight to the airport. Have never had such a good car rental experience honestly

Fantastic! Cheaper then all the other car rentals!The young guy who I picked the car up and returned it to was super friendly and professional! As they are located a 3 minute drive away they gave me a lift to the airport as well! Highly recommend using this company over the bigger name brands at the airport!

Car was at a great price, especially considering the long weekend that were down here for, allowed us to add extra drivers to the rental without increasing the cost NOR the insurance price.But most of all, thank you to Dakota in the Launceston office, found a watch that we had left in the car after drop off and went above and beyond to get it back to us before we flew out of town. When we travel interstate or in New Zealand we always hirer from apex car rental, there r no hidden costs, u book on line, supply a credit card, then we u get to your destination, they met u at the airport with a shuttle bus, take u over to there office, u sit down and provide your drivers licence, they show u your hirer car, they provide photos of any damage the vehicle u r hiring and u can asked questions and this is all done within 15 to 20 minutes then u r on your way. All cars r new models, no rent a bomb here. Easy as and no fuss. Well done Apex Car Rentals. I recently hired a MG SUV and noticed apex car rentals is a division of Avis Car Rentals.

This is the third time I have used Apex at Launceston airport and it’s simply been the best car hire experience I have had with any company. The staff give a warm welcome, the handover is easy. The cars are always spotless and as described and the whole process is transparent and honest, unlike the devious tactics used by some of the better known car hire companies. Good value for money from the only car hire company I feel I can truly trust.

Great value for money and helpful staff. We had issues with the car on 2 occasions which the team kindly swapped over to a new car without hesitation. We were charged $50 for afterhours pick-up which after some toing and froing, were refunded since we picked up the car during business hours.

Incredibly friendly staff! Shuttle pick up and delivery was fast and simple! Car was lovely and very well priced! Highly recommend if you're planning a trip this way!

Fantastic experience, awesome. Want to call out the young and the old lady at the Launceston airport depot (sorry forgot your names), they were gem and provided a fantastic customer service. I did a mistake by providing a wrong card for the payment, they went above and beyond to resolve the matter at no time. Keep up the good work. Thank you for a great experience.

Cheapest with the greatest value during our stay in Launceston. We arrived at 7:30 in the morning and called, however they don't open at 8 staff still picked us up at 7:45. Originally booked a Hyundai Kona but got a Suzuki Vitara instead. Staff tried to upgrade us for a MG HS for free but didn't need a bigger car. Payment, pick up and drop off was straightforward. No hidden charges. Staff friendly, polite and warm. Will book again!

I would recommend Apex in Launceston to anyone thinking of renting a car! I’m a “preferred member” of another rental company but it made no difference when it came time to offering a competitive hire rate for 4 days. I would like to thank Asif and his college for the most fantastic service!
