I had Alexander Watson spray foam the underfloor of my house around seven weeks ago. Since then the floor feels 'more stable' - hard to explain unless you walk on stumped floor a lot. The temperature of the house in the morning is staying at around 10 degrees - despite being -4 overnight and I only heat during the day. I have found that I turn the heating off as the house is so warm now. Best investment I have made in a long time. BTW - the installation was seamless - all the staff were friendly and professional. As an added bonus I need some minor plumbing done under the house and if that requires spray foam to be removed, the company will come back out to rectify under their warranty.

I had roof insulation installed by this company.The price was competitive, and they offer a tradie guarantee, which means that if someone else messes up the insulation, they will come out and fix it at no charge. I have already used this service once.The person who came to quote the job was knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I requested.The service on the day of the installation was fantastic. The team was comprised of skilled individuals who even took the initiative to fix/replace a few broken tiles they noticed. They took numerous photos during and after the job and explained everything to me.Outside of the time they spent on my property, communication was lacking. I had to follow up with them for information leading up to the job. Additionally, on the day of the installation, I was informed that the power needed to be cut, which was never mentioned beforehand. This made it challenging for me to work from home. I am also still awaiting an electrical quote that I requested from them a few weeks ago. Despite my follow-ups, I have not received the quote yet.Overall, I would recommend this company, but it's important to be prepared to follow up with them for a response at times.

We sourced them to replace the underfloor insulation at our home. The company was very easy to deal with, and assiduous in ensuring that things went according to plan. Excellent customer communications! Their workmen did the job quickly and efficiently, and took away all the leftover rubbish. Highly recommended!

Alexander Watson's in roof, under floor, in wall and waterproofing of the bricks has resulted in a very significant improvement in our overall warmth/cooling in the house. Their desire to get it right" meant they came back on a number of occasions to update wiring or rectify issues. Overall a great job and good people to deal with. Quick installation done by an experienced team. The insulation has improved the warmth and comfort of the house greatly. I no longer need to use my ducted gas heating. On a really cold day, we only run portable heaters for a short amount of time.

Good sales team that went through the insulation options in detail, great install team that were very professional. Had a minor issue with an electrical circuit not working after the install (only found out a few hours after the team had left) - had the sparkys out the next working day fix. No fuss.
