Staff can not handle unexpected thing.The tow truck left the car taking 2 charging spaces and they can not move it.Neither can they update the app so it shows reduced service so drivers do not come here for charging their car and they are not allowing some one to park side ways as well so they can use the charger blocked by broken car.

I thought I got a Tesla and never expected heavenly service experience. Staff at this Richmond service is simply amazing and will not disappoint you. I had to take so much SH#T from most of other dealer service centres in the past as once the vehicle is sold they don’t care about us. Well done to all the team members at Tesla Richmond, you are truly upholding platinum rating around looking-after the customers and making them well look after. People will keep buying these amazing cars as service & quality of customer service better than the Tesla CAR itself.

Here's my story with Tesla:- Ordered Model X 8-OCT-2020 with FSD- Order cancelled by Tesla 12-MAY-2023- Refund for deposit on Model X received on 26-JUN-2023- Test drove Model Y Performance 17-MAY-2023. Confirmed with sales that I would like to purchase and awaiting trade in price for BYD Atto 3 received a month earlier from the cancellation date of the Model X. I needed an EV in the interrum.As of today:- No refund of Model X deposit- No price proposal for trade in of BYD Atto 3.Dear Tesla - thank you.

Great service department. Booked an appointment straight after picking up the car and was looked after pretty well. The guys out there are very knowledgeable and we’re kind enough to educate on some of the features.It’s an interesting experience owning a Tesla. Looking forward to being a long term customer! You'd expect great service when buying a brand new Model 3. However, once you need servicing, staff couldn't care less. Got a massive lag in my rear view camera. Asked multiple times for the service reports, but Tesla won't provide them. There is also no fix. They also do not answer any of my questions. And this is the manager of the service department we're talking about.Besides that, they should really build more chargers and have more parking available.Overall great car if it works, but do not count on any assistance whatsoever when there is an issue. And do expect an attitude from staff, without an option to lodge a complaint. They will simple tell you that you can't and have to go through them.

They make great cars. Just for some reason staff at Tesla don't seem to care about customers. Cannot believe there is no coffee for visitors not even self serve one.

On Wednesday, my wife and I visited your dealership with great enthusiasm and interest in purchasing a Tesla vehicle. However, our excitement quickly turned into dismay as we encountered an environment that felt unwelcoming and indifferent to our presence.Both male and female employees were preoccupied and engrossed in their computer screens, seemingly oblivious to the fact that customers were in their vicinity. Despite attempting to make eye contact and gain their attention, they completely ignored us and continued to prioritize their work over attending to customers' needs.It is disheartening to witness such a lack of basic customer service skills, as we were looking forward to discussing the features and options available, as well as test driving one of your vehicles. However, the behavior exhibited by your staff left us feeling neglected and undervalued as potential customers.I'll be taking our business elsewhere and sharing our unfortunate experience with others.I would've given ZERO stars if possible.

Went in for a test drive today. Had spoken to a representative on the phone for ages discussing various car options and finally booked in the performance series 3. Had a call two days before hand to confirm everything. Arrived for the appointment and was met by a guy named Ryan. He was abrupt and rude. After telling him I had an appointmet, his first question was to ask my what car I wanted to test drive. He was full of attitude and had shocking customer service. He didn't look at out booking or any of the notes on file. Very ordinary experience overall. Fortunately was able to ask for someone else to assist who was much more demonstrative of the Tesla customer service. Ryan definitely needs some up skilling on basic communication and customer service. Will be taking our purchase elsewhere.
