Bakers Delight Baulkham Hills
This store seems to be better stocked than the other stores that I've visited. They also seem to have all of their items available at or just after opening, which is great. Some stores I've been to don't have everything available at opening time so you have to wait, but not here. I love the sampling too. You can get samples at the counter. The safe are also super friendly.

You just can't go wrong with bakers delight. Love their stuff, savoury and sweet a like. Wish there were more of these shops around.

Bakers Delight Baulkham Hills
Used to have great bread but of late the wholemeal flour loaf has become very dense and is a lot smaller. The reason for getting the flour loaf was because of it's height & lightness of texture. Are there new owners or bakers? The staff are, as always, friendly and courteous. Looks like I'll have to go elsewhere for a wholemeal loaf that is light in texture. A shame.

If something isn't ready don't tell them to come back in 20 minutes and it will be done and tell you to wait for another 20 minutes when you come back, you can see I am with a baby, just say it won't be ready and don't waste people's time
